Do you make matching wedding bands?
We do carry bands with no gemstones that many of our clients have used with their wedding bands. However we’re happy to create custom bands for you to match the specifications of the engagement ring that you purchased
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We have a printable size guide to ensure that you order the correct size, but when there’s been an error in sizing, we can exchange your ring for the right size. Many gemstones should not be left in a ring when resizing because they can’t take the heat, and most jewellers will not resize gold fill rings, so this is why we offer exchanges in most circumstances.
What’s the return policy?
We offer returns & exchanges on in-stock items. We work directly with you to ensure that every piece of the ring is exactly how you want it so that you can enjoy your ring from the very first second that you open the package.
Is there a warranty?
We offer 6 month warranty on demi-fine jewelry and 2 year warranty on fine jewelry. We also offer no or low -cost repairs and consultations beyond the warranty period. We always recommend removing all your jewelry prior to bathing, washing hands, or swimming to ensure a long life of the metal and gemstone in your piece. Each gemstone has a unique crystalline structure and durability, so please contact us if you have questions about the particular stone and setting you’re considering. We're always happy to help.
